The company provides remote tech support 24/7/365. You will provide that support Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time. Flexibility to trade with the 4 p.m.-to-midnight Call Center technician and/or willingness to pick up weekend shifts at times would be beneficial to the company.
The successful candidate possesses knowledge of low voltage and RF communications, access control systems, corporate networks and Microsoft 365 software applications, as well the ability to read and understand architectural, engineering and electrical drawings.
The successful candidate also possesses excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and independently with attention to detail, and clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. You will be the voice of the company to its valued clients and must present a professional and knowledgeable presence.
