What You’ll Do
- Travel across the U.S. (up to 75%) to support customers on-site
- Perform equipment installation, start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Train customers on proper operation and maintenance
- Provide technical support both in the field and remotely
- Conduct quality inspections prior to equipment shipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with industrial equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley / Siemens preferred)
- Comfortable working independently and directly with customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to travel frequently (often on short notice)
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or industrial repair
- Background in electrical and mechanical systems (480V+)
- Technical training (electromechanical, industrial maintenance, or similar) preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
Compensation & Perks
- Starting pay: $28.50/hr (increase within first year based on performance)
- Overtime: Time +1.5 after 40 hrs, Double Time after 50 hrs
- $62/day per diem (or expenses covered)
- Paid travel time (including airport time)
Training Program (6 Months)

- Hands-on and classroom training
