Position Summary: This operational role supports scaled execution for Mid-Market and International advertisers, providing critical revenue operations such as invoicing accuracy, QA, and campaign setup aligned to billing requirements. The position also plays a hands-on role in programmatic operations, including audience and catalog distribution, monitoring data feeds, and maintaining overall platform health. Additionally, the role contributes to consumer-facing execution by building landing pages and translating CX insights into actionable improvements.

- Ensure invoicing accuracy, QA, and campaign setup aligned to advertiser billing requirements
- Manage programmatic operations, including audience and catalog distribution and monitoring data feeds
- Build consumer-facing landing pages and translate CX insights into tangible improvements
- Act as the primary owner of audience management in Hightouch, including audience builds and health checks
- Maintain internal documentation, including SOPs and the Ads New Ventures Wiki
- Support scaled execution for Mid-Market and International advertisers
