Streaming Media Coordinator
The Streaming Media Coordinator supports the day-to-day planning and execution of promotional campaigns across direct-to-consumer streaming platforms. This role focuses on setting up, launching, and maintaining in-stream promotions while ensuring accurate scheduling, flawless execution, and a seamless user experience. Working closely with media, marketing, analytics, and operations partners, this position plays a critical role in optimizing campaign performance and delivering against strategic media goals. This will be a 2-year, 40 hour per week, fully remote contract role.

Top 3 Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a data-heavy, detail-oriented role
- Hands-on experience supporting media execution across linear and/or digital platforms, with a strong interest in streaming and entertainment
- Clear and effective communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and proactively asking questions to drive learning and accuracy
Other Qualifications
- Experience with broadcast log scheduling or media operations preferred
- Familiarity with custom audience targeting and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of both linear and digital media ecosystems
- Previous experience in television, streaming, or a media agency environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the implementation of owned and operated media inventory
- Execute daily and weekly promotional priorities with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
- Set up and manage campaigns within linear and digital scheduling systems
- Traffic digital video and display creative using ad-serving platforms, ensuring correct placement and delivery
- Support the creation of custom audience targets using first- and third-party data sources
- Monitor and resolve campaign discrepancies, including participation in an on-call rotation as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, media logistics, analytics, agencies, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure alignment
- Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts to improve campaign performance and business outcomes
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment
