ABOUT THE ROLE
CarLoop is building a modern, tech-enabled mobile auto glass operation.
We are not a traditional glass shop, and we are not a call center.
As a CarLoop Rep (CLR), you are the control center of the operation.
You will:
- Quote auto glass jobs accurately
- Secure payment authorizations correctly
- Schedule installs intelligently
- Coordinate technicians and logistics
- Protect revenue and prevent chaos
This role is equal parts operations, payments, and customer communication.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO (DAY TO DAY)
- Handle inbound calls and digital leads (no cold calling)
- Decode VINs / license plates and quote glass accurately
- Explain pricing, ADAS recalibration, and timelines clearly
- Secure install reservations or payment authorizations
- Schedule mobile installs based on tech + glass readiness
- Manage jobs inside a modern CRM / quoting system
- Coordinate with mobile technicians using structured workflows
- Keep clean, detailed job notes so nothing falls through cracks
- Follow SOPs exactly — no freelancing the process
TECH STACK YOU’LL USE
This is not a pen-and-paper role.
You will work daily in:
- Auto glass quoting / CRM software (Omega EDI experience a huge plus)
- Cloud phone systems (RingCentral)
- SMS + masked communications (Twilio)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
If you’re not comfortable working across multiple systems at once, this will not be a good fit.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (BE HONEST)
Strong preference for candidates with prior auto glass experience, including:
- Auto glass call center or scheduling
- Mobile glass dispatch / coordination
- Insurance glass claims or intake
- Glass shop operations or BDC-style role
You must also:
- Be comfortable asking for payment authorization
- Speak clearly and confidently on the phone
- Follow structured processes without cutting corners
- Be detail-oriented and organized
- Have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You avoid payment conversations
- You rely on “gut feel” instead of process
- You need constant supervision
- You dislike rules or accountability
- You expect commission-only sales
We are building something tight and scalable — not chaotic.
COMPENSATION (DESIGNED FOR ADULTS)
- Competitive hourly base pay
- Per-job success pay (paid only on completed, paid installs)
- Performance incentives tied to:
- Authorization success
- Low cancellations
- Accuracy and quality
High performers earn more by protecting revenue, not by rushing calls.
SCHEDULE
- Fully remote
- Scheduled shifts with overlap coverage
- Occasional single-coverage days
- Rotating weekend availability (not every weekend)
LOCATION (IMPORTANT)
We are prioritizing candidates located in U.S. states, including:
- FL, TX, GA, NC, SC, TN, AZ, UT, IN, OH
(Other states may be considered based on experience.)
THE QUESTION WE WILL ASK YOU “How comfortable are you telling a customer that payment must be authorized before we dispatch glass or a technician?”
If that question makes you uncomfortable — do not apply.
WHY PEOPLE WHO LIKE THIS ROLE STAY
- Fully remote, no office politics
- Clear expectations
- Strong systems
- No cold calling
- Real ownership
- Growing platform with upside
