MedStreamline is seeking a Compliance Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative, documentation, coordination, and operational support to the Healthcare Compliance Department. This role works under the direct supervision of the Healthcare Compliance Manager and requires a high degree of autonomy and professional judgment.
This position ensures that compliance and governance initiatives led by the Healthcare Compliance Manager are properly documented, tracked, communicated, and operationalized across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-state healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance and Regulatory Support
- Assist the Healthcare Compliance Manager with day to day compliance operations, governance activities, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain compliance documentation related to CMA, HIPAA, FDA, OSHA, RPM, CCM services, and state-specific healthcare regulations.
- Monitor compliance calendars, deadlines, renewals, and required reporting timelines.
- Maintain logs for audits, investigations, incidents, and follow-up actions as assigned.
Documentation and Records Management
- Maintain centralized, organized electronic compliance files, audit materials, policies, and regulatory documentation.
- Assist with policy updates, version control, acknowledgements, and distribution under the Healthcare Compliance Manager’s direction.
- Track completion of compliance attestations, acknowledgements, and certifications.
- Ensure document retention aligns with regulatory and internal requirements.
Training and Education Support
- Assist with coordination and tracking of compliance training programs and required education.
- Support onboarding and annual compliance training documentation.
- Maintain training completion records and assist with follow-up reminders.
- Prepare compliance related communications drafted or approved by the Healthcare Compliance Manager.
Administrative and Operational Coordination
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.
- Assist with compliance-related data tracking, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Leadership teams on compliance documentation needs.
- Support investigations, audits, and reviews with accurate data and timely administrative follow-up.
Confidentiality and Ethical Standards
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Uphold MedStreamline’s ethical standards and commitment to patient privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Escalate potential compliance concerns appropriately and promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare compliance, health information management, or regulatory operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance operations and documentation standards
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory documentation, or compliance programs
- Proficient understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS, FDA preferred)
- Ability to follow established compliance processes and procedures
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and spreadsheet tracking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated, fast-paced, remote environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
- Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience supporting or managing FDA-regulated devices in care settings.
- Experience with compliance documentation for RPM/telehealth programs.
- Preparing for and assisting with CMS audits and regulatory inspections.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Fully remote position. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Set schedule: Full-time, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Candidates must live in Eastern or Central Time Zones.
