Position Overview
This contractor role is for a B2B-focused designer who can move from concept to execution across landing pages, websites, and campaign assets. You’ll support a portfolio of B2B agency clients, collaborating with marketers and copywriters to bring campaigns to life visually.
You’ll work closely with the HubSpot Specialist to design assets that work within HubSpot landing page templates and modules, and with the Agency Account / Marketing Manager to ensure visual consistency across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Landing Pages & Web Design
- Design high-converting B2B landing pages and microsites, often implemented in HubSpot.
- Create page-level wireframes and visual designs aligned with client brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the HubSpot Specialist to ensure designs work within existing themes/modules.
- Provide design specs and assets (components, imagery, spacing, states) for implementation.
Campaign & Brand Assets
- Develop graphics for email campaigns, social posts, ads, and presentations.
- Create illustrations, icon sets, and simple motion or interaction concepts that fit B2B brands.
- Maintain design consistency across all assets for each client: typography, color, imagery, and tone.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback quickly.
- Proactively propose design approaches to improve clarity, conversion, and differentiation.
- Work from creative briefs and help refine them when requirements are unclear.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or agency clients.
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B landing pages, web experiences, and campaign assets.
- Experience designing for (or inside) HubSpot, Webflow, Wordpress, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or similar).
- Ability to balance brand consistency with performance-focused design.
