With DTC, wholesale, tradeshow, and retail presence, our in-house creative team drives the look and feel of every touchpoint—from product campaigns to digital ads to store signage.

Location: Denver, CO (Remote)
Time Commitment: Up to 16 hours/week - Flex based on your schedule
Compensation: Hourly, Based on Experience
Who We Are Looking For
You’re a digital-native designer with a sharp eye and strong instincts for fashion and retail. You understand how to craft visuals that not only look good—but convert. You know how to sell a lifestyle and drive the click. Whether it’s a high-impact email campaign, a paid ad for Instagram, or a GIF that lives in a flow, you bring brand storytelling to performance-driven creative.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in e-commerce, keeps tabs on digital trends, and is comfortable shifting between seasonal launches and evergreen flows. Experience with lifecycle or performance marketing is a big plus.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-performing emails for campaigns, flows, promos, and product launches
- Create digital ad assets for META, Google, and paid social that feel fresh, fashion-forward, and on-brand
- Build social-ready visuals as needed for Lane's ongoing marketing calendar
- Translate creative concepts into clean, scalable graphics across email, ads, and digital placements
- Adapt and resize creative for multiple platforms and use-cases
- Stay organized, keep files clean, and prep deliverables for efficient handoff
- Bring performance insights into the design process
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Design and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling emails that align with brand guidelines and drive sales
- Sharp design eye and solid understanding of branding and its application across various digital and physical platforms
- Expertise in creating and editing Graphics for social media, websites, and marketing collateral
- Strong working experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, Shopify, Klavyio, etc
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and self-management skills in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry will put you in front of the line
- Video editing skills a bonus - CapCut or other editing software for visually interesting and performance-driven ads
