Graphic Designer
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a graphic designer with 5 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a CPG organization in Florida. This role is 100% remote EST. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Design retail promotional assets for CPG programs, including in‑store offer spaces, promotional signage, logo lockups, packaging‑adjacent materials, and point‑of‑sale designs.
- Translate promotional objectives into thoughtful, effective design solutions that balance brand standards with retail execution.
- Develop promotional creative for events, retail programs, and marketing campaigns, ensuring strong visual hierarchy and clarity of offer.
- Produce deliverables such as brochures, event collateral, promotional one‑sheets, and branded assets.
- Review and refine creative work to ensure it is not only visually strong but effective and fit‑for‑purpose in a retail environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related fields.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with or interest in transitioning to Figma is a plus.
- Proven experience designing promotional materials for retail environments (in‑store displays, offers, packaging support, POS, or event materials).
- Strong conceptual thinking skills—able to explain design rationale, not just execute visuals.
- Clear understanding of how copy, layout, and imagery work together to communicate an offer effectively.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking, not just aesthetics—showing work that solves business or marketing challenges.
- The ability to work independently as a creative thinker, not solely as production support.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on retail, promotional, or CPG‑related work.
Employment Type: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
