Administrative Law Judge
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote Position)
Position Address: 1802 West Jackson #100, Phoenix, AZ 85007
Pay Rate: $36.75 per hour
Assignment Length: 2-Month Temporary Assignment (with possibility of extension and Temp-to-Perm conversion)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Work Setting: 100% Remote

Position Overview
Premier Staffing Source, Inc. is seeking qualified Administrative Law Judges for multiple remote openings supporting a public-sector client in Arizona. This role is responsible for conducting fair and impartial administrative hearings, issuing legally sound decisions, and ensuring due process for all parties.
This is an excellent opportunity for licensed attorneys seeking remote work with potential long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct administrative hearings in person or by telephone
- Ask questions, develop the record, and rule on evidentiary matters
- Control the course of hearings to ensure fairness and efficiency
- Perform legal research and issue legally sound written decisions
- Provide information to parties regarding hearing procedures
- Assist participants in navigating the hearing process
- Investigate and respond to customer or participant complaints
- Follow up to ensure hearing decisions are implemented
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree – REQUIRED
- (Candidates submitted without a JD will be automatically rejected)
- Ability to conduct hearings professionally and impartially
- Strong legal research and legal writing skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple hearings and deadlines independently
