We are seeking an Experienced Website Designer with advanced Framer expertise, and strong UX/UI skillset to join our team as a contractor. Must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Framer (required) and have experience with CSS.

Role Overview
The Website Designer will lead the design and build of projects inside Framer, translating brand identity, creative strategy, and user experience principles into high-performing, visually elevated web builds. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in responsive design, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build complete websites inside Framer, from wireframes to polished, responsive final versions
- Create clean, scalable design systems and reusable components
- Implement interactions, animations, and intuitive user flows
- Ensure pixel-perfect design across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and strategy teams to align on vision and functionality
- Conduct QA testing, troubleshoot layout issues, and maintain performance and accessibility standards
- Support ongoing updates or revisions for existing client websites
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Framer (required)
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and professionally executed web design
- Proficiency in UX/UI best practices and responsive design
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Experience with animations, interaction design, and component-based builds
- Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
