JOB TITLE:
Administrative Assistant
SUMMARY OBJECTIVE:
The mission statement of Jews for Jesus is: “We relentlessly pursue God’s plan for the salvation of the Jewish people.” The Administrative Assistant (AA) supports the Office of the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO), working closely with the Executive Coordinator Philanthropy Operations, and the Philanthropy Senior Administrator. The AA will have excellent communication and organizational skills, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism, and be an outstanding collaborator who is resourceful and willing to learn.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Processing and preparing daily/weekly reports.
- Assist with office and calendar management.
- Assist with team and project support – including but not limited to expense reports.
- Provide administrative support for office operations.
- Assist with partner communication and interactions.
- Assist with additional, various administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES or REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficient MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Internet/E-mail(Outlook).
- Proficient with virtual meeting platforms, especially Zoom and Teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently.
- Team player: willing to assist other administrative functions and take on additional tasks.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality.
- Experience with Blackbaud CRM and/or other nonprofit CRM preferred.
- Experience with Concur and/or other expense reporting tools.
- Experience with file-sharing (Box, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)
- Punctual, dependable, flexible, and adaptable.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
- No Supervisor responsibilities required for this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must have a designated home/remote office work area with secure, reliable internet access.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Sitting at a computer for long periods of time.
- Able to drive a vehicle.
TRAVEL:
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
- Full -time, hourly, non-exempt.
- M-F 8am-5pm.
- May require occasional evening work.
- Requires occasional weekend work.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of related work experience.
- College preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
