About the Role
As a member of our Bookkeeping and Consulting team, you’ll play a critical role in client success and retention by delivering accurate, timely financials and helping business owners make better decisions. This is a client-facing, multi-client role that blends bookkeeping expertise with communication, process improvement, and automation.
This is not a transactional data-entry job. Our clients see us as partners, and you’ll help them stay compliant, confident, and informed.
What You’ll Do
- Review and process income, expenses, payables, and receivables for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online and integrated apps
- Reconcile multiple accounts and ensure clean, accurate financials
- Prepare and review accurate monthly financials, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Assist with sales tax calculation and filings using Avalara
- Lead regular virtual client meetings (on camera) and communicate clearly and confidently
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and client processes
- Monitor and optimize automation rules and system integrations
- Actively participate in weekly meetings and daily huddles to solve problems and share wins
