About the Role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks in a professional and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and route calls; provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments.
- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, vendors, and applicants; ensure proper check-in procedures.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including typing correspondence, filing, maintaining records, scheduling conference rooms, and distributing mail or packages.
- Maintain a clean, professional reception area, including restocking informational materials.
- Assist with general office organization, including kitchen and common areas.
- Support other administrative duties as assigned.
- Promote a professional, welcoming, and safe environment for all employees and visitors.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year performing receptionist or front-desk duties
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Suite, Zoom, and internet navigation
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and visitors
- Ability to prioritize work independently
