Next in Natural is a growing platform that partners with dynamic companies to invest in and operate a few select emerging natural and organic beverage and food brands like www.ChamelonCoffee.com www.GGUniqueFiber.com www.AuraBora.com .  We’re looking for a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to help us scale these better-for-you companies parallel to furthering our mission of helping to make the world a better place, organically.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can blend high-level strategy, with quantitative results —especially across social media, trade marketing, and fiscal management. You’ll also lead and mentor our dynamic marketing team, helping guide brand development and channel growth across multiple products, while having fun, remember that!
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success with emerging food & beverage brands, ideally in organic CPG
- Strong experience in social media, content, and influencer strategy
- Expertise in trade marketing and retail activation
- Comfortable managing the marketing budget, defining marketing success and tracking performance on the income statement
- A thoughtful, collaborative leader ready to guide a growing marketing team
📌 What You’ll Do:
- Lead up multi-brand omnichannel marketing strategy
- Oversee all social, digital, influencer, and content marketing efforts
- Plan and oversee trade marketing to support retail sell-through
- Develop, own and manage marketing KPI's, budget and track ROI
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Satisfy, delight and build our customer and consumer base
- Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams across the platform

$40-75k / year commensurate w exp + performance based bonus
