Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely. This role requires strong management skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and the ability to coordinate complex projects to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, ensuring timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to industrial systems.
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, or new installations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues proactively and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations pertaining to electrical work (including high voltage) and mechanical systems.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets, schedules, and resource planning for maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Skills
- Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and control systems used in manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
- Extensive experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), mechanical troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills in English for team coordination and reporting purposes.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience is essential for diagnosing complex issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with maintenance management best practices within manufacturing settings is highly desirable. Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
