E-Logic is seeking an Information Technology Support Lead to
provide senior-level technical support and leadership for end-user services, escalations, and IT operations in the
Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tier 2/3 IT support operations
- Resolve complex desktop, server, and network issues
- Oversee ITSM tools, ticket queues, and service delivery metrics
- Provide mentorship to support staff
- Recommend system improvements and process enhancements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT support experience
- Windows and/or Apple certification
- Experience with SCCM, Jamf Pro, Ivanti, or equivalent ITSM tools
- IAT Level II certification required
