We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Track action items and follow up on deadlines and deliverables
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
