This role blends performance marketing, analytics, and light creative work within a fast-paced DTC environment.
Responsibilities- Build and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube
- Leverage AI tools for creative iteration, audience insights, and faster testing cycles
- Manage budgets, monitor daily performance, and produce weekly reports
- Test new creatives (visual + copy) and run structured A/B tests
- Manage basic updates and reporting in Shopify
- Support growth strategy for product launches and ongoing funnels
Requirements- 3+ years experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube ads
- Skilled in Shopify operations and Mailchimp email campaigns
- Comfort with AI tools for growth, creative development, and analytics
- Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or supplements
- Ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and optimize for CAC/ROAS
- Basic design/creative skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Location: Preferably DC, Maryland, or Virginia (for occasional in-person meetings) but must be based on the East Coast.
