Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Account Manager in the Facilities Services industry. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day dispatch operations, as well as handling key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are critical, as you will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring our clients' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize incoming repair and maintenance requests from various sources, including phone calls, emails, and the Prefix platform.
- Dispatch maintenance technicians and other personnel to address facility-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests, including details of the issue, actions taken, and resolution status.
- Communicate with clients, property owners, and managers to provide updates on the status of maintenance requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to facilitate repair and maintenance tasks.
- Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, onboarding, compliance and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to service level agreements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility maintenance and customer service processes.
- Prepare and submit proposals for work orders and projects, seeking approval from clients.
- Generate invoices for completed services.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role in HVAC and/or Refrigeration.
- Demonstrated history of effectively navigating contract negotiations, procurement processes, and overseeing vendor partnerships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and technicians.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases for data entry, record-keeping, and communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
