Job Title: Executive Assistant (Fully Remote)
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in the New York City area; occasional quarterly in-person meetings)
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 base + bonus

As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a polished, highly adaptable Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and executive leadership team, operating with autonomy, precision, and discretion. While the role is fully remote, candidates located in NYC or the surrounding area are strongly preferred for periodic in-person meetings and leadership events.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting C-suite executives in technology or similarly fast-paced industries, excels at managing complexity, and is comfortable operating as an extension of the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address priorities before they arise
- Prepare and organize executive-level presentations, reports, and confidential materials
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-through
- Coordinate board meetings, investor updates, leadership offsites, and special events, including agendas and logistics
- Manage expense reporting, light budgeting, and executive-related procurement
- Support special projects, research initiatives, and operational process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including at least 3 years supporting C-suite executives
- Background supporting leaders in a technology, startup, or high-growth environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and shifting priorities with minimal oversight
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern collaboration tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
- Trusted experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
