Keenon Coleman Enterprises is seeking a Volunteer Project Administrator / Executive Assistant to support administrative operations, project coordination, live events, and creative initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized, dependable individual seeking hands-on nonprofit and creative experience, with the opportunity to be considered for paid roles as funding becomes available.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support
- Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Assist with event planning, rehearsals, and productions
- Organize documents, files, and project binders
- Coordinate with volunteers, vendors, and partners
- Support general organizational operations as needed
- Provide light artist or creative coordination support (as applicable)
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
- Comfortable working remotely
- Experience supporting artists, creatives, or production environments is a plus, but not required
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of administrative, project coordination, or organizational experience (professional, volunteer, academic, or freelance experience accepted)

Pay: $24.99 - $30.10 per hour
