Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide direct, high-level support to senior executives, acting as a trusted operational partner in a fast-paced, international environment. This role requires fluency in both Korean and English, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, culturally fluent, and comfortable operating across time zones and complex business contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Manage communications in both Korean and English, including emails, documents, and meeting coordination
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and internal documentation
Coordinate cross-border meetings, video conferences, and investor or partner interactions
Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and support execution of priorities
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Support ad hoc strategic, administrative, and operational tasks as required
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar and communication platforms)
Ability to work across time zones and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives in investment, finance, real estate, technology, or professional services
Familiarity with international business environments and cross-cultural communication
Experience coordinating complex international travel
Background working with founders, partners, or C-suite executives
