Paradise Jets is a growing luxury aviation company based in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a Director of Maintenance (DOM) who is systems-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong leader—someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help execute a bold, growth-focused vision.

Core Responsibilities -
The Director of Maintenance will:
- Maintain and update the General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
- Safely maximize aircraft availability
- Communicate aircraft status clearly to all stakeholders
- Make airworthiness decisions
- Ensure aircraft are mechanically prepared for scheduled repairs
- Develop and manage vendor and parts supplier relationships
- Build systems for parts management and sales
- Participate in the development of a Part 145 repair station
- Develop and expand the fleet’s organic maintenance capabilities
- Manage all maintenance staff
- Act as liaison with the FAA
- Achieve and maintain FAA Diamond Award status
Required Qualifications -
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- Master Mechanic with extensive real-world experience
- Deep expertise in mechanical systems, components, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and rigging
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulations and technical standards
- Significant experience with executive jet maintenance and repair (strongly preferred)
- Valid A&P Certificate
- Airframe and Powerplant Certificates
- FCC General Operators License
- Inspector Authorization (IA)
- Must meet all FAA and safety requirements

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
