Paradise Jets is a family-owned private aviation company based in the Phoenix metro area. We’re seeking an experienced Aviation Mechanic to join our team and manage all mechanical and recordkeeping aspects of our Gulfstream V OR Lear 60 aircraft, depending on your experience.

Job Description:
As the Gulfstream V OR Lear 60 Mechanic of our floating fleet, you’ll ensure our aircraft remains airworthy, safe, and ready to fly at all times. This role is critical to our operations—accuracy, urgency, efficiency, and flexibility are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and track all required maintenance to keep aircraft airworthy.
- Aggressively address and resolve known issues to minimize downtime.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve fleet operability.
- Collaborate with crew to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor and track aircraft performance during flights.
- Maintain organized, accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and requirements.
- Travel to aircraft as needed, including trips to the Phoenix area for on-site MX.
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- A&P license required
- Proven experience as an Aviation Mechanic
- Familiarity with aviation software and maintenance management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; tech-savvy across devices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort interacting with high-net-worth clients and their teams
