Job description:Treasure's Academy LLC is looking for a Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant. Our Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping the financial and operational side of the business running smoothly. This role combines precise bookkeeping with proactive administrative support, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance across all areas of our company.
This individual is responsible for managing day-to-day expenses, processing payroll, and maintaining clean, detailed financial records. With strong knowledge of international business practices and tax requirements, they help ensure our operations remain compliant across borders and support informed decision-making for global transactions.
Beyond core bookkeeping duties, this role provides essential administrative support to the leadership team, helping streamline processes, maintain documentation, and keep internal systems running efficiently. Their ability to balance financial accuracy with administrative organization makes them a central part of our business structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and categorize all business expenses, receipts, and financial records
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees
• Support month-end and year-end financial reconciliation
• Maintain compliance with international business regulations and tax requirements
• Assist with cross-border financial reporting and remittances
• Coordinate communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks for the team
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and internal documentation
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
• Experience with payroll systems and financial software
• Knowledge of international business operations and related tax obligations
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital office tools
• Experience with Monday.com Work Management is an asset, but not required — willingness to learn the platform is more important
