Astra Health West is a growing Medicare-certified home health agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes. We are seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our executive team. This is a fully remote, permanent role offering competitive hourly pay, professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will be a key member of our leadership support team, managing administrative tasks and helping to streamline operations. You will interact with internal teams and external partners while ensuring executive workflows run smoothly.
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Draft and respond to professional correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate projects and follow up on tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Provide general administrative support to the executive team
Previous administrative, executive support, or customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with email, calendars, and standard office software
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
100% Remote – Work From Anywhere in the U.S.
