Job Overview:
Seeking Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to an executive leader and his leadership team. This role ensures smooth day to day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications and supporting sales-related initiatives. This assistant acts as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams and external clients. Willing to work on temporary basis with flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management-schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel.
• Meeting Support-when need prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Communication Handling-draft, review and manage internal and external communications.
• Travel Coordination-Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Project Coordination-assist with supporting or coordinating projects based on timelines and deliverables for projects.
• Confidentiality Maintenance-handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Education, Experience:
• Strong academic foundation required
• 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leadership
