We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Sales Receptionist/Assistant to support our sales and daily operations. This role serves as the first line of communication for customers while ensuring smooth coordination between our team, cleaners, and incoming leads.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Warmly assist customers with questions, estimates, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
Support sales operations by handling lead inquiries, sending quotes, and guiding customers through the booking process.
Coordinate with cleaners and internal team members to confirm schedules and ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and cleaner records, CRM updates, and essential tracking sheets.
Prepare basic daily or weekly reports related to calls, inquiries, bookings, and customer feedback.
Provide administrative support as needed, including file organization, message handling, and communication tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in sales support, receptionist work, customer service, or administrative roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Confident phone presence and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a remote setup.
