Fintechain is a fast-growing fintech company focused on delivering modern banking and payment services for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). We are looking for an experienced and driven Vice President of Sales to lead our B2B revenue growth and scale our customer base globally.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute Fintechain’s B2B sales strategy for SME banking and payments
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Drive new customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth
- Develop and optimize outbound and inbound sales pipelines
- Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure strong product–market fit
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with enterprise and SME clients
Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital banking
- Prior experience at a leading payments company or digital bank, such as Stripe, Nubank, Airwallex, Wise, Revolut, or SoFi
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales, customer success, and fintech innovation
- Outgoing personality with strong ownership and execution mindset
- Proven ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into solutions
