As we expand our client and contractor base globally, we’re looking for a motivated Remote B2B Sales & Administrative Coordinator to help drive growth while ensuring smooth operations and administrative support across sales and service workflows.
Role Overview
In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between business development (B2B sales) and administrative/support functions. Roughly 60% of your time will focus on B2B sales — identifying prospects, closing deals, and growing our client base. The remaining ~40% will be dedicated to administrative and operational support tasks that keep our services — and contractor/client relationships — running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Business Development (≈ 25 hrs/week)
- Research prospective business clients and target companies.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, or virtual meetings; qualify leads and build initial relationships.
- Present our services, articulate value propositions, and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals/contracts with new clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients as they transition from sales to operations/administrative onboarding.
- Use CRM to log leads, track deal status, follow up on prospects, and produce sales reports.
Administrative & Operational Support (≈ 15 hrs/week)
- Manage paperwork and documentation related to clients and contractors: contracts, service agreements, forms, records.
- Set up new accounts or access in company systems; ensure credentials and access are issued properly.
- Maintain organized databases and records: client/contractor data, contract status, service history, correspondence, follow-ups.
- Coordinate scheduling and communications among clients, contractors/clinicians, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support: data entry, internal coordination, follow-ups, and reporting as needed.
- Assist with sales support tasks as needed (preparing proposals, client follow-up communication, supporting onboarding logistics).
Skills & Qualifications — Who You Are (Required / Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to communicate clearly with business clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities — able to juggle sales pipeline, outreach follow-ups, administrative tasks, and operations support.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently; reliable internet and ability to maintain home-office setup.
- Proficiency with common remote-work tools: email, spreadsheet tools, CRM or sales-tracking software, document management tools (or willingness to learn).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable; able to shift between sales-oriented and administrative-oriented tasks smoothly.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus — but not strictly required. We value attitude, ability to learn quickly, and strong organizational skills.
