Virtual Administrative Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

We are a boutique tax and accounting firm seeking a reliable, organized, bilingual Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our team with client communication, phone calls, email management, and daily administrative tasks. This role is fully remote, and candidates can be located in NY, NJ, or PA.
About the Role
You will be responsible for answering client calls, managing inboxes, sending follow-up emails, and keeping administrative tasks organized and on track. You should be comfortable communicating in English and Spanish, working independently, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
- Respond to client emails clearly and professionally
- Manage and organize multiple email inboxes
- Send reminders, follow-ups, and client communications
- Support client onboarding by collecting documents, sending checklists, and tracking progress
- Maintain organized digital files and records
- Prepare simple templates and messages for clients
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable handling deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and dependable work habits
- Able to work independently and follow clear processes
Compensation
$22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Fully remote
Must have consistent availability during standard business hours (EST)
