Must-Have Skills & Experience
Hard Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years of general administrative and back-office experience
- Strong remediation experience within banking or financial services industry
- Experience working with data analysis or remediation tasks in a regulated environment
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities
- Highly flexible and able to pivot based on team or project needs
