Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We’re looking for an operational all-star to join Arden Coaching (www.ArdenCoaching.com) as an Administrative Coordinator, Operations + Marketing Support. If you love building systems that actually work, keeping leaders focused on the important stuff, and making sure all the trains run on time, read on.
In this role you will run daily operations from calendar and contract management to coach onboarding and vendor coordination. You’ll keep our SOPs current, and support logistics for our strategic offsite and biannual Summit. You will also schedule and post social content supplied by our marketing team, keep the content calendar tidy, and help track basic performance so we keep improving.
Who should apply: you have 5+ years in admin or operations, are fluent with tools like MS Suite, Docusign, and Monday.com, Chat GPT and Canva, communicate well, and can manage competing priorities without drama. Writing social copy is a plus but not required. We value practical problem solving, calm ownership, a growth mindset, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and keep a sense of humor!

- Full Time, Remote, must overlap 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
- Base $60,000–$70,000, performance bonus eligible
- Benefits including health and 401K

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 5+ years in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a coaching, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Proven experience managing contracts, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity basics and vendor coordination.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients, coaches, and team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable using and adapting to new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot tech-related issues and leverage digital tools for improved operations and client services
- Proficiency in Monday.com, DocuSign, MS Office Suite, Zoom, ChatGPT, Canva.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional travel for strategic offsites and meetings.
