Job Summary
We’re hiring our first in-house Controller to own the accounting process at AmmoSquared.
This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial clarity as we scale. The Controller will be responsible for building and maintaining financial processes, overseeing day-to-day accounting, and supporting leadership with actionable insights.
The Controller will need to partner with our outsourced CFO and accounting team initially, then build a full internal team over time. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a startup / small company environment—comfortable wearing multiple hats, improving systems, and getting into the details while keeping an eye on the big picture.
If you want to apply your top-tier accounting skillset to a real product in a mission-driven, 2A-friendly company serving a passionate community of gun owners—the opportunity is right here.
