Temporary Part-Time HR Assistant (Remote - Idaho)

About the Role

We are seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to provide part-time support for our HR department during a team member’s absence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being helpful, detail-oriented, and organized, keeping day-to-day HR functions running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is administrative and supportive, focused on maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across HR operations.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for HR, payroll, and benefits functions
Help organize and update employee records and compliance documentation
Assist with payroll data entry, benefits audits, and policy tracking
Support onboarding and file management tasks
Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy at all times

Qualifications

Prior experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, or Auditing
Familiarity with HR systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
Preferred: Experience with Central Reach or similar HR software
Experience with Docusign
Math Skills
Open to using AI tools
