Temporary Part-Time HR Assistant (Remote - Idaho)

About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to provide part-time support for our HR department during a team member’s absence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being helpful, detail-oriented, and organized, keeping day-to-day HR functions running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is administrative and supportive, focused on maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for HR, payroll, and benefits functions
- Help organize and update employee records and compliance documentation
- Assist with payroll data entry, benefits audits, and policy tracking
- Support onboarding and file management tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, or Auditing
- Familiarity with HR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
- Preferred: Experience with Central Reach or similar HR software
- Experience with Docusign
- Math Skills
- Open to using AI tools
