MUST BE IN PST / HAVE AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE
We are hiring a Lead Designer for our advertising client to drive monthly campaign creative across all media, including billboards, TV, print, display, and social.
You will interpret and execute diverse brand guidelines across multiple sub-brands and dealerships. A key responsibility is to build scalable design systems and campaign toolkits for performance marketing efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative is strategically grounded and visually compelling, translating concepts into clear client-facing decks and documentation. You will also help evolve design processes using new tools and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of craft.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in a senior or lead design role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and multi-channel execution
- Portfolio must show automotive experience
- Expertise in Figma is a must
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals—typography, layout, hierarchy, proportion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—your files are clean, your design libraries structured
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
