ATC is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for three key business verticals while building foundational marketing programs that accelerate lead generation and customer acquisition.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Dealer Portal, Fleet, and Refinance verticals, including audience segmentation, positioning, value propositions, and tactical execution roadmaps
- Create and optimize website content and landing pages (collaborating with WordPress developer) to strengthen ATC’s positioning, highlight vertical offerings, and drive conversion
- Design, build, and deploy strategic email automation campaigns and monthly newsletters in Pardot, managing segmentation, triggers, testing, and performance optimization
- Produce high-impact content including 1-2 blog posts monthly and quarterly case studies, ensuring optimization for SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Partner with VP of Sales to develop sales enablement materials including one-pagers, case studies, and presentation decks that reflect updated GTM positioning
- Manage ATC’s LinkedIn company presence with 1-2 posts weekly to reinforce GTM messaging and build industry awareness
- Deliver monthly performance reports covering lead flow, pipeline contribution, email engagement metrics, and content/social performance
- Participate in weekly working sessions with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success in GTM strategy and execution
- Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (Pardot strongly preferred)
- Experience in automotive, fintech, or B2B SaaS industries preferred
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills across multiple formats
- Track record of building marketing functions in resource-constrained environments
- Proficiency with WordPress, Canva, and standard marketing tools
Pay Range:
- Base salary of $130,000-$150,000/DOE
- Performance-based quarterly bonuses
