Seeking:
A senior leader who defines how a luxury travel brand grows and how it is experienced across every channel. This role shapes acquisition, brand presence, partnerships, social strategy, and community programs. Remote in NYC or Boston. Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 USD.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the full growth and brand strategy to drive membership, awareness, and revenue.
- Audit current marketing efforts and build an optimized, scalable roadmap.
- Manage agency partners across PR, creative, and acquisition.
- Guide CRM, lifecycle, and growth contributors, two direct reports.
- Own performance-driven acquisition metrics.
- Shape social strategy and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Lead partnerships, referrals, and ambassador programs.
- Translate insights into actionable, strategic plans.
- Ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Member Experience.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in growth marketing, brand, or related fields.
- Proven ability to design multi-channel growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of acquisition and conversion metrics.
- Experience managing agencies with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in luxury travel or lifestyle preferred.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
