We're looking for an Administrative Support Specialist who thrives on organization, clarity, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll help keep our team running efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating details, and ensuring that internal operations are handled with care.
You'll join a highly collaborative, supportive remote environment where each team member is trusted, valued, and encouraged to grow.
Keep calendars, schedules, and team planning organized and up to date
Support logistics for meetings, reviews, and internal events
Maintain clear, accurate, easy-to-access documentation
Dive in with practical, proactive solutions when challenges arise
Offer ideas and feedback to help improve how our studio collaborates and communicates
Someone organized, detail-oriented, and energized by checking things off a list
A clear, friendly communicator who keeps others informed and aligned
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without losing track of the small things
Tech-comfortable, experience with scheduling tools or project management software is a plus (but not required)
Previous admin or support experience is great, but dependability, adaptability, and proactiveness matter most
