We are a virtually based mental health practice that provides compassionate and client-centered therapy services to teens, adults and couples. Beyond impacting individuals, couples and families, we strive to make lasting positive impacts on future generations.

Position Overview:
As a Part Time Remote Administrative Assistant/Biller with A New Chapter Counseling Services, you'll have the opportunity to be the virtual face/voice of the practice.

The ideal candidate:
- Can work independently
- Is responsible, dependable, and a self starter
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Has experience in customer service
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Fluent in Spanish (there will be a test to ensure proficiency)
Reliable internet connection for access to online program that is used by practice for scheduling, messaging, billing, coding (Simple Practice)
Knowledge of electronic billing for mental health practice is preferred
Ability to work 5 hours a week to start (times and days are flexible as long as they are between 8am and 9pm)
