As the owner of a growing construction company, I’m wearing all the hats, and I need a right-hand assistant to help take the business to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who can take charge, create systems, follow up with clients, and help close deals.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients consistently—calls, emails, and updates
- Create and submit detailed quotes and proposals
- Communicate with clients professionally and proactively
- Assist in closing deals and increasing project sales
- Develop organizational processes, systems, and charts to streamline operations
- Maintain schedules, track project progress, and manage documents
- Handle administrative duties to free up the owner’s time
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Excel and google docs; knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
