Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – RevLine Partners
Location: New York City | Hybrid | Full-Time
RevLine is a next-generation fractional sales consultancy powering early-stage growth companies with elite go-to-market strategy, talent, and technology. We are now hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our brand, demand generation, and storytelling into its next era of scale.
As CMO, you’ll own and architect the full marketing ecosystem — from category creation and brand development to lead funnels, partner strategy, content, and events. You’ll help position RevLine not just as a service provider, but as a category-defining thought leader at the intersection of sales, AI, and revenue innovation.
You will collaborate closely with our CEO and client success team to align marketing execution with revenue outcomes, playing a critical role in RevLine’s growth across tech, SaaS, and professional services. You’ll also support the marketing functions of our clients when necessary — meaning no two weeks will look the same.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (brand → lead gen → conversion)
• Refine and amplify RevLine’s narrative across across web, social, paid, events, and press - Build and manage internal and external creative/content teams
• Oversee RevLine brand identity, design systems, and partner enablement
• Track marketing performance metrics aligned with qualified pipeline and revenue
• Support client-side marketing strategies where applicable
What You Bring:
• 8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, consulting, or agency environments
• Track record of scaling early-stage brands into recognizable, lead-generating platforms
• Excellent brand storytelling, content strategy, and leadership skills
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
• High taste level and strong understanding of growth-stage founders/VC markets
