We are hiring an experienced Automotive Service Estimator who can work from home, move quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality estimates.
Responsibilities
- Build accurate and detailed automotive repair estimates
- Submit warranty and fleet claims
- Communicate with shops through chat
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver high-quality virtual support to partner shops
Requirements
- Automotive repair knowledge (required)
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or Technician
- Tekmetric or Shop-Ware experience preferred
- Independent repair shop background preferred
- Strong communication skills (especially written)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, fast-paced, and organized
- High-speed internet + distraction-free workspace
- Coachable, humble, and eager to grow
- Car enthusiast is a plus!
