We are hiring an experienced Automotive Service Estimator who can work from home, move quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality estimates.

Responsibilities

Build accurate and detailed automotive repair estimates
Submit warranty and fleet claims
Communicate with shops through chat
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Deliver high-quality virtual support to partner shops

Requirements

Automotive repair knowledge (required)
Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or Technician
Tekmetric or Shop-Ware experience preferred
Independent repair shop background preferred
Strong communication skills (especially written)
Detail-oriented, reliable, fast-paced, and organized
High-speed internet + distraction-free workspace
Coachable, humble, and eager to grow
Car enthusiast is a plus!
