Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall efficiency of the organization. Duties
- Manage online business operations, and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs promptly and accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records And customer contract info.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for events.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Support office management functions, including inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as needed with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Independent worker with the ability to work well virtually with minimal supervision.
- Open to feedback with a growth mindset.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, or in progress.
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong clerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications (1-2 years)
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices; experience using QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude with ability to take direction with a growing organization.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills are essential for this role.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
