Executive Assistant — Munoz & Ghezlan & Co.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to directly support Yazan Ghezlan, Director of Mortgage Operations and Co-Founder of Munoz & Ghezlan & Co.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys working closely with leadership to keep every aspect of the business running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in helping our company scale by keeping operations, projects, and content on track and aligned.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with Yazan across loan operations, business growth projects, and content organization, ensuring momentum across all departments.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize Yazan’s calendar, calls, and top-level tasks.
- Review and respond to key messages from clients, realtors, lenders, and internal team members.
- Follow up with borrowers after calls, confirming next steps and collecting documents.
- Communicate with processors to verify loans are progressing and deadlines are met.
- Track all active, pending, and funded deals in a simple internal system.
- Maintain project trackers for lender onboarding, CRM automations, and new initiatives.
- Set deadlines, follow up with team members, and ensure accountability.
- Attend 2–3 brainstorming and training meetings each week to discuss new ideas, solve problems, and plan improvements.
- Support content creation by tracking scripts, filming progress, editing status, and post schedules.
- Coordinate between Yazan and the editing or marketing team to maintain smooth handoffs.
- Prepare daily recap reports summarizing what was completed, what’s pending, and the next day’s priorities.
- Assist with administrative or personal tasks such as scheduling, research, and travel coordination.

This is a dynamic, hands-on position where no two days look the same. You’ll serve as Yazan’s operational backbone, ensuring communication flows clearly, priorities stay organized, and projects are executed efficiently.

Key Details
- Role Type: Part-time, approximately 5 hours per day, Monday–Friday
- Meetings: Minimum 2–3 brainstorming/training sessions per week
- Location: Remote (U.S. hours required)

Pay: $24,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
