Overview
Symmetry Financial Advisors is looking for a part-time(opportunity to progress to full-time) Administrative Support Professional to support a growing Financial Planning and Wealth management practice. This individual will support a financial advisor by providing exceptional service to their clients. We're looking for a dedicated, positive professional who wants to work in a collaborative culture. This is a great opportunity to perform a wide range of duties while serving as an essential team member in a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening client accounts, from completion of initial forms to transfer of assets
- Address inbound client calls and needs appropriately
- Prepare reports and paperwork before meetings; complete follow-up tasks after meetings
- Calculate, track and execute trades and required minimum distributions
- Manage and track client requests, including delegating up to advisor when needed
- Provide excellent service and support to advisors
- Maintain records and reports for compliance
- Support the growth and development of the business and brand
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- High comfort level with client interaction
· Proficient in office technology, preferably: Microsoft Office, CRM Systems, computer and printer hardware/software

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy

- Self-motivated to do great work, learn new skills and achieve goals
