Marketing Director (Full-Time, Remote, Contractor)

After Hello is a high-touch matchmaking and relationship brand known for transforming how modern, successful singles find meaningful connections. We offer matchmaking, dating app management, and coaching services nationwide and we’re ready to take our marketing to the next level.
We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Director (30–40 hours/week) who can lead strategy and drive day-to-day execution. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategist, project manager, and creative operator someone who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment and knows how to turn vision into measurable growth.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
- Oversee daily marketing operations: social media, email campaigns, ad performance, blog content, and collaborations.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, retargeting) to drive qualified consultations.
- Partner with our SEO agency, web team, and CRM platform to align messaging and lead tracking.
- Lead creative development: briefs, feedback, and production for social, email, and ad content.
- Track KPIs and build monthly reports on traffic, leads, cost per acquisition, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the founders and our matchmaking team to support client marketing needs (flyers, local events, press, etc.).
- Pitch and manage brand partnerships, PR opportunities, and podcasts that elevate visibility and credibility.
- Manage two VAs (social media & outreach) and oversee freelance talent as needed.
What We Are Looking For In You
- 5+ years in marketing with experience in service-based or lifestyle brands (bonus for luxury, coaching, or relationship industries).
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta/Google).
- Strong grasp of organic growth strategies and social media best practices.
- Confident using data and analytics tools to make informed decisions.
- Skilled in content direction, copywriting feedback, and creative production.
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through — you hit deadlines without being chased.
- Collaborative communication style and ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Familiar with tools like Asana, Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRMs (HubSpot or similar).

- Remote role (Central Timezone preferred)
- 30–40 hours per week
- Compensation: $4,800–$6,500/month (depending on experience) + Bonus for milestones met
- Direct report to the Co-Founders
